  • Check exterior Drainage for leaks
  • Clean out window wells for debris
  • Fix outdoor lights, loose siding, trim boards, fix dam area
  • Clean yard & fertilizer for summer
  • Clean out storage (basement)
  • Vacuum (clean) window coverings (screen & drapes), Carpet.
  • Clean garbage disposal
  • Clean dryer exhaust, duck
  • Tighten handles, knobs, locks.
