The following tips can increase HVAC life & efficiency:
1, Buy a high-efficiency pleated air filter.
Keep HVAC unit free of leaves, pollen, grass, dust.
Clear about two feet of space around HVAC units.
2, Inspect refrigerate lines each month.
Replace air filter at least every 90 days.
when not needed, turn off water to humidifier, when needed, turn on water & replace filter.
3, Clean condensate drain
Secure AC unit
Test leaks & fill Freon as needed.
